Job Description
What you can expect
- Responsible for the accounting and finance functions of our Rhenus Logistics Co., Ltd. entity such as month & year end closing, AR, AP, GL, fixed assets, taxation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliation.
- Review VAT, withholding tax and perform corporate income tax submission to Revenue Department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports (P&L, BS, others) with meaningful analysis.
- Monitor fixed assets in accordance with company policy and align with accounting standards.
- Perform non-trade intercompany AR/AP and oversea 3rd parties.
- Coordinate with the revenue department and the external financial auditor.
- Review daily & monthly payment vouchers to ensure the accuracy before further submission.
- Perform weekly, monthly and yearly reports per assignment.
- Support the requirement from cross divisions regarding accounting and financial information on timely basis.
- Supervise accounting team regarding accounting and financial matters.
- Any assignment from finance & accounting Manager/General Manager.
What you bring
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female: age 27-35 years.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting.
- 3-5 years’ experience in month & year end closing, AR/AP, GL and fixed assets.
- Taxation knowledge such as VAT, WHT, Corporate income tax etc.
- Experience in ERP accounting system such as SAP would be advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry would be advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Smart working and ability to work under pressure.
