Job Description
What you can expect
- Strategic Support & Execution
Assist the Global Director in developing and managing the global marketing strategy and annual budget planning. - Executive Presentation & Reporting
Prepare strategic presentations, briefings, and dashboards for leadership and board-level meetings. - Project & Program Management
Support and help lead global marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring cross-functional coordination and timely delivery. - Steering Committee Coordination
Organize and manage meetings for the Global Marketing Steering Committee, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups. - Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal stakeholders; draft executive communications, business updates, and internal materials. - Market & Performance Insights
Conduct research, benchmark against industry best practices, and collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and customer insights.
What you bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, strategy, or consulting.
- Background in logistics, transportation, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships across regions and functions.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs, budgets, and dashboards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German and/or Spanish are a plus.
