Job Description

What you can expect

  • Drive global ocean freight product initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Lead cross-functional product development including business processes, wireframes, and validation
  • Coordinate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Establish SOPs, policies, and global standards in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Develop KPIs and performance reporting (e.g., in Qlik Sense) to improve data quality and transparency
  • Conduct user research, manage internal/external feedback, and lead A/B testing and pilot programs
  • Align with rollout teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Guide and support team members, fostering effective collaboration and resolving blockers
  • Continuously improve products based on user insights and business needs

What you bring

 

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, supportive, and detail-oriented personality
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience working internationally and with cross-functional teams
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain
  • Background in project management (Waterfall, Kanban, Agile, Scrum)
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (a plus)
  • PMP or CSM certification (a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
