Job Description

What you can expect

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market verticals and industry segments with strong growth potential.
Actively secure new customers and achieve agreed annual sales targets.
Develop and expand international trade lanes by collaborating closely with Rhenus offices worldwide and trusted overseas partners.
Manage the full sales cycle including client visits, pipeline management, tenders, and sales reporting via CRM tools.
Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly demonstrate value-added logistics solutions.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention, account growth, and client satisfaction.

What you bring

Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Proven track record in sales and business development within the Malaysian market, ideally in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a strong understanding of international supply chain solutions.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and local language(s).
Confident in managing sales pipelines, reporting, and customer data through CRM platforms.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
Resourceful, results-oriented, and customer-focused with a proactive mindset.
