Would you like to avoid long transport for inbound goods delivery? We offer manufacturers and dealers of heavy bulky goods several options for inbound deliveries: central, regional or combined. Benefit from the advantages!

Regardless of whether your goods reach the port in a container from overseas or arrive by lorry from a European production facility, we will work with you to find the best option for inbound deliveries. You can either deliver your goods to one of our three central warehouses in Neuss, Niederaula or Hoppegarten, or you can use direct delivery to our distribution centres in Germany in the case of large shipment volumes. In addition, we even offer a combination of both options.
Don’t worry: should your supply chain change, for example due to relocation of production or warehouse, we will find a suitable solution for you that will save you long transport distances. As our central hubs are located in different parts of Germany, it is also possible to change the place of inbound deliveries.
Our case study illustrates the flexible integration of SOFACOMPANY into our network.
You will get information about:
• how inbound delivery is carried out in practice
• the advantages of inbound deliveries to a central warehouse
• how we realised SOFACOMPANY’s move from Hoppegarten to Neuss
For inbound delivery, you transport your goods to one of our central warehouses in Niederaula, Neuss or Hoppegarten. You also have the option of requesting and realising pre-collection. At the central warehouse, we consolidate the inbound deliveries and pick them for onward transport to our regional last-mile depots. The goods are then promptly delivered to the customer from the respective delivery location.
In the case of direct inbound delivery, the goods are transported directly to our regional delivery locations. This eliminates the need for handling at the central hub. It also reduces transport distances and transshipment, with a positive effect on both costs and potential damage. Local delivery from the last-mile depot to the recipient of the ordered product will be carried out by one or two people. Direct inbound delivery is suitable for customers with a good haulage network and a high volume of goods. We also offer a combination of central and direct inbound delivery.
Are you lacking capacities or suppliers who can take care of your goods? We can offer you our complete package including pre-collection after a thorough check. We will collect the goods for you from the desired location and deliver them to our central warehouse or distribution centres.
