18-24 months | Start from your home base and complete an additional project assignment. Gain practical insights into automotive logistics, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Air & Ocean

18-24 months | 3 rotations, including 1 international assignment | Experience global freight forwarding through three dedicated stations. Learn how international transport networks operate while building expertise in air and ocean logistics.

Road Freight

18-24 months | Up to 4 rotations | Gain comprehensive insights into road freight management through several operational and commercial assignments. Depending on your experience, the program may be shortened.

Port Services

18-24 months | 4 locations, including 2 international assignments | Work across different port locations, including sites such as Rotterdam and Szczecin. Gain experience in port operations, IT, finance, and project management within an international environment.

Warehousing Solutions

18-24 months | 3 rotations across Germany | Rotate through two operational locations and headquarters to learn how modern warehouse operations are managed. Develop expertise in contract logistics, processes, and operational excellence.

Assets & Services

18-24 months | Gain operational and strategic insights across different business areas. Optionally complete an international placement, take on responsibility from an early stage, and continuously develop your skills and expertise.
