TIPS FOR YOUR CV
Your CV is your first impression. Use it to show us who you are and what you can do.

Choose a simple, easy-to-read layout with clear sections (Profile, Experience, Education, and Skills). Stick to a maximum of 2 pages. Stick to standard fonts like Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman. Use 10–12 pt for body text and 14–16 pt for headings.

Tell us how you solve problems, manage your time, and work with others. Back it up with real examples from your experience. Talk about times you worked well with others, for example with different departments or on international projects.

Avoid long paragraphs. Use bullet points to make your experience easy to follow. Focus on the essentials. You can combine similar experiences into one bullet point instead of listing them separately.

City and country are enough – we don’t need your full address. Leave out personal details like religion or marital status. Only include information and qualifications that are relevant to the job. For example, if you’re applying as a driver, we’re interested in your licenses.

Make sure your CV is free from spelling or grammar mistakes – it shows attention to detail. Ask someone else to take a look, too. A second pair of eyes always helps.

TIPS FOR YOUR INTERVIEW
Your CV made an impression. Now it’s time for your interview: your chance to show us who you are and why you’re the right fit for Rhenus. Here’s how to prepare:

Learn about Rhenus – our services, values, and current projects. Genuine interest always stands out.

Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to demonstrate your skills.

Be curious about the team, the role, how we work, or what’s next for the business.

Keep your answers clear and to the point – and just be yourself.

Are you a good fit? We value team spirit, reliability, and a true hands-on mindset. Are you motivated? Tell us why you want this role – and why Rhenus. Are you a problem-solver? Show us how you handle challenges or unexpected situations. Are you adaptable? Flexibility matters, especially in fast-paced environments like transport and warehousing.
