What you can expect

Buscamos un profesional orientado al servicio, con habilidades analíticas y comerciales, que apoye la gestión y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio dentro del área de commodities y operaciones logísticas internacionales. En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar de manera cercana con el equipo comercial, proveedores, agentes internacionales y clientes, contribuyendo al crecimiento y mantenimiento de las operaciones de importación y exportación de la compañía.

  • Monitorear, analizar y dar respuesta oportuna a solicitudes IMPO / EXPO / Ocean, de acuerdo con los tiempos establecidos.

  • Gestionar cotizaciones y negociaciones con agentes y proveedores nacionales e internacionales, buscando las mejores condiciones económicas y operativas para cada negocio.

  • Generar y enviar cotizaciones solicitadas por el equipo comercial o clientes.

  • Gestionar correcciones e inconsistencias de tarifas y condiciones negociadas con proveedores y agentes, minimizando impactos en la operación.

  • Realizar seguimiento a clientes nuevos, activos y potenciales, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y continuidad del negocio.

  • Canalizar feedback, solicitudes, reclamos o novedades de clientes con las áreas correspondientes para garantizar un adecuado nivel de servicio.

  • Realizar pre-liquidaciones de negocios cuando sea requerido por el cliente.

 

What you bring

 

  • Profesional graduado en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Administración, Logística o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en operaciones logísticas, pricing, freight forwarding, transporte internacional o soporte comercial.
  • Conocimiento en procesos de importación, exportación y operaciones Ocean.
  • Experiencia en negociación con proveedores, agentes y clientes.
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación al detalle para el manejo de tarifas, costos y condiciones comerciales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación, servicio al cliente y seguimiento comercial.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de información.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
