What you can expect
En Rhenus Logistics buscamos incorporar un/a “Operativo/a de distribución” con experiencia demostrable en nuestra delegación de Barcelona, cuya misión principal realizar los procesos de distribución para el correcto funcionamiento del servicio con el objetivo de brindar un servicio personalizado y de calidad a nuestros clientes.
Principales funciones a desarrollar:
- Atender las solicitudes de servicio del cliente
- Recepción y tramitación de los pedidos
- Coordinar entregas con destinatarios
- Coordinar entregas con proveedores de transporte y equipos de montaje
- Confeccionar los documentos del transporte
- Apertura, gestión y facturación de expediciones
- Resolución de incidencias

Requisitos:
- Formación en logistica y transporte
- Experiencia previa de al menos 1 años en puesto similar
- Valorable nivel de ingles
- Dominio de paquete office
- Habilidad para trato con cliente
