Job Description

What you can expect

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Intern to support two key corporate sustainability projects from February to May 2026. The intern will assist in verifying the company’s global greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory and contribute to the development of the annual ESG report. This role offers hands-on experience in technical data assurance and corporate sustainability reporting, exposure to global standards such as ISO 14064, and the opportunity to build strong skills in data analysis, assurance processes, and ESG disclosure.

You will be contributing to that vision by…

1.Supporting GHG Verification (ISO 14064)

  • Data & Evidence Verification: Support the annual GHG inventory verification by reviewing data and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness against ISO 14064 standards.
  • GHG Data Compilation: Assist the Sustainability Team in compiling, organizing, and analyzing complex GHG datasets to facilitate a smooth external assurance process.
  • Audit Preparation: Help prepare, organize, and maintain all required documentation for the external auditors.

2. Assisting in ESG Report Preparation

  • Data Collection: Assist in gathering quantitative and qualitative data across all three pillars (Environmental, Social, and Governance) for the annual ESG report.
  • Content Support & Fact-Checking: Support the team by fact-checking data points, cross-referencing information, and helping to verify narratives used in the report.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Help coordinate with various internal departments to collect the necessary information and evidence required for ESG disclosures.
  • General Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed to maintain a well-organized, audit-ready environment for both the GHG verification and ESG reporting processes.

  • Open to final-year university students seeking an internship or recent graduates looking for a temporary role.
  • Proficiency in Excel with basic data management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large, diverse datasets
