Job Description
What you can expect
We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on Controlling and Business Analysis, someone who can think critically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure autonomy in monthly reporting.
- Prepare VPM analyses and bridges without supervision.
- Maintain consistent control of monthly forecasts.
- Identify at least two process improvements or automation opportunities within the first six months.
- Build strong working relationships with local delegations and cross-functional teams.
Requirements & Competencies
Technical Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills: PowerQuery, PowerPivot, modeling, and complex functions.
- Solid experience in controlling or business analysis (minimum 3–4 years).
- Knowledge of KPIs such as GM, EBITA, VPM, variances, and results analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI (data models + basic DAX).
- Familiarity with ERPs (ideally SAP FI/CO).
- Previous experience in monthly reporting, closing, and forecasting.
- Advanced business English.
