Twój zakres obowiązków

Wsparcie administracyjnie działu transportu drobnicowego.
Obsługa systemu transportowego.
Pozyskiwanie dokumentów od klientów.
Rozliczanie przewoźników.
Tworzenie raportów i zestawień.
Wystawianie dokumentów, fakturowanie oraz windykacja.
Dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi klientów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych.
Współpraca z magazynem i innymi działami w firmie.

Nasze wymagania

Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (przede wszystkim Excel).
Podstawowa wiedza z zakresu obiegu faktur.
Umiejętności organizacyjne i komunikacyjne.
Nastawienie na osiąganie celów.
Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu.

Mile widziane

Doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta oraz/ lub w administracji.
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
