Job Description

What you can expect

  • Analiza i mapowanie procesów biznesowych; przekładanie wymagań klienta na skuteczną konfigurację BY WMS.
  • Udział w warsztatach i sesjach projektowych celem zebrania i doprecyzowania wymagań biznesowych.
  • Konfiguracja, testowanie oraz walidacja rozwiązań w BY WMS; zapewnienie ich zgodności i efektywności procesowej.
  • Przygotowywanie oraz aktualizacja dokumentacji projektowej i procesowej (wymagania, specyfikacje, scenariusze testowe, materiały szkoleniowe).
  • Wsparcie integracji WMS z innymi systemami przedsiębiorstwa (np. ERP, TMS), w tym mapowanie i walidacja interfejsów.
  • Udział lub prowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników, wsparcie uruchomienia i stabilizacji systemu.
  • Stanowienie punktu kontaktowego w zakresie optymalizacji procesów, usprawnień systemowych i modyfikacji.
  • Wsparcie drugiej linii w zakresie incydentów oraz rozwiązywania problemów związanych z procesami i systemem.
  • Promowanie i egzekwowanie wykorzystania rozwiązań standardowych i konfigurowalnych systemu, ograniczając customizacje do niezbędnego minimum.
  • Wsparcie oraz mentoring młodszych konsultantów (jeśli dotyczy)

What you bring

  • Wykształcenie wyższe (logistyka, IT, biznes lub pokrewne
  • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w wdrażaniu lub utrzymaniu systemów Blue Yonder (JDA/RedPrairie) WMS lub innych systemów WMS
  • Dobra znajomość procesów magazynowych i konfiguracji systemowej
  • Umiejętności analityczne, dokumentacyjne i komunikacyjne
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego; polski i/lub inne języki dodatkowym atutem

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
