- Du bist der kompetente Ansprechpartner für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden und Partner.
- Zu Deinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Sendungsverfolgung sowie die professionelle Kommunikation und Beratung bei allen Anfragen unserer Kunden.
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden und unseren Fachteams unterstützt Du uns auch beim Klären von Kundenreklamationen.
- Eigenverantwortlich trägst Du zur Lösungsfindung unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards bei.
- Außerdem arbeitest Du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen mit.
What you bring
- Deine Basis bildet eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
- Idealerweise konntest Du bereits einschlägige Berufspraxis im nationalen und internationalen Kundenservice sammeln.
- Mit gängiger Speditionssoftware kennst Du dich bestens aus und Du hast Freude an der telefonischen Beratung sowie am Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen.
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie eine hohe Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung zeichnet dich ebenfalls aus.
- Als engagierter, kommunikationsstarker, flexibler und belastbarer Teamplayer übernimmst Du gerne Verantwortung und denkst unternehmerisch.
