What you can expect

Zakres obowiązków:

• Opracowanie systemu rozwoju kompetencji dla trenerów 
• Zadbanie o standard szkoleń we wszystkich procesach 
• Cykliczna weryfikacja jakości pracy trenerów 
• Zbudowanie anglojęzycznej komórki trenerskiej 
• Zadbanie o odpowiednie planowanie szkoleń we wszystkich procesach 
• Cykliczna weryfikacja materiałów szkoleniowych 
• Organizowanie cyklicznych szkoleń z trenerami - odpowiedź na ich potrzeby, omawianie planów szkoleń, wybór 
najlepszych narzędzi i metod, dzielenie się doświadczeniami 
• Zadbanie o optymalizację czasu szkoleń procesowych 
• Cykliczna weryfikacja jakości pracy trenerów 
• Analiza feedbacku od nowych pracowników po szkoleniu

• Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu szkoleń i budowaniu strategii w tym obszarze 
• Wiedza z zakresu budowy i rozwoju narzędzi szkoleniowych 
• Bardzo dobra znajomość języków: polskiego i angielskiego, mile widziany język ukraiński i rosyjski 
• Mocne kompetencje komunikacyjne 
• Doświadczenie w pracy w operacjach 
• Silne kompetencje analityczne

Recruitment Process

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
