What you can expect
- Durchführung von Arbeiten unter Spannung an Lithium-Ionen-Batterien gemäß HV-3E-Schulung
- Sicheres Entladen von Lithium-Ionen-Batterien unter Einhaltung aller geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Sicherstellung der Spannungsfreiheit von zuvor entladenen Batteriesystemen
- Fachgerechte Demontage von Batteriesystemen und Batteriemodulen
- Anfertigung und Montage von Ausrüstungsteilen zur sicheren Batterieentladung
- Durchführung allgemeiner Lagerarbeiten sowie Bedienung von Flurförderzeugen (z. B. Gabelstapler)
What you bring
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich, z. B. als Kfz-Mechatroniker, Industrieelektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektriker,
- Elektroinstallateur oder in einem vergleichbaren Ausbildungsberuf
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Motivation sowie ein freundliches und kollegiales Auftreten
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Batteriesystemen und Hochvolttechnik

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
