What you can expect
Qualität ist für dich kein Zufall? Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lieferanten – national sowie international – höchste Qualitätsstandards einhalten. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem zentralen Lieferantenentwicklungs- und Qualitätsteam, der Produktion und Logistikzusammen.
Reklamationen und Fehler nimmst du nicht einfach hin: Du gehst den Ursachen auf den Grund, analysierst Probleme und leitest gezielt Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung ein – etwa mithilfe von 8D-Reports oder FMEA.
Auch das Sperrlager liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Du stellst sicher, dass nur geprüfte und einwandfreie Teile den Weg in die Produktion finden.
Bei der Einführung neuer Teile, Produkte oder Prozesse bist du von Anfang an mit dabei – von der Erstbemusterung bis zur finalen Freigabe.
Audits und Lieferantenbesuche begleitest du professionell – ob nach BMW Group Standards, ISO oder IATF. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Lieferanten ein.
Mit SAP-QM-Tools und aussagekräftigen KPIs behältst du die Leistung unserer Lieferanten stets im Blick.
Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung alsMechatroniker, Industrie- bzw. Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Meisterabschluss, oder ein Studiumim Bereich Maschinenbau bzw. Produktionstechnik.
Zudem bringst Du bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Lieferantenqualität mit – wünschenswert in der Automobilbranche.
Themen rund um Metallbearbeitung und Zerspanung sind Dir geläufig undDu weißt, wie man prüft, misst und analysiert.
Ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, erste Erfahrungen mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen sind von Vorteil.
Wünschenswert -aberkein Muss - sindKenntnissein gängigen QM-Methoden (8D, Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA, PPAP, MSA etc.) und der wichtigsten Normen (z. B. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schriftsowie Reisbereitschaft runden Dein Profil ab.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
