What you can expect
Du sorgst für eine rechtskonforme Bearbeitung und Prüfung zollrechtlicher Vorgänge im Rahmen von Einfuhr, Lagerung, Ausfuhr sowie Transit – und hältst dabei alle Fäden in der Hand.
Alles im Griff: Du kümmerst dich um die Zollabwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass die Transporte reibungslos abgewickelt werden.
Koordination, die zählt: Du bist insbesondere für die Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Ein- und Ausfuhrdokumenten verantwortlich.
Kontakt mit allen Seiten: Du stehst im engen Austausch mit Kunden und der Disposition, um Lieferungen optimal abzustimmen und aufkommende Klärfälle zu bearbeiten.
Kontrolle: Die Überwachung des Zolllagers gehört ebenfalls zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
Immer besser werden: Gemeinsam mit der Standortleitung arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Transport- und Lagerlogistik und findest neue Optimierungsmöglichkeiten.
Logistik-Know-how: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen, idealerweise als Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
Erfahrung in der Zollbearbeitung: Du bringst eventuell bereits erste Erfahrungen im Zoll mit, ansonsten hast du Lust mehr in diesem Bereich zu lernen.
IT-Affinität: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel), gängigen IT-Systemen und freust dich auf die Bearbeitung und Auswertung von Datenlisten.
Organisationstalent: Du arbeitest präzise und strukturiert sowie können wir auf deine Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit zählen.
