What you can expect
- Du bist verantwortlich für den Posteingang und -ausgang sowie die Postsortierung.
- Außerdem empfängst du Besucher und übernimmst verschiedene damit verbundene Tätigkeiten.
- Das Entgegennehmen und Vermitteln von Anrufen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.
- Nicht zuletzt erledigst du administrative Tätigkeiten von Montag bis Freitag in Vollzeit.
What you bring
- Du hast Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise am Empfang oder in einer Poststelle.
- Außerdem bringst du idealerweise Erfahrung in der Dateneingabe mit und gehst routiniert mit MS Office um.
- Deutsch beherrschst du sehr gut in Wort und Schrift, und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wären von Vorteil.
- Zudem zeichnen dich eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Diskretion, ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und der Führerschein Klasse B aus.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
