Job Description
What you can expect
Product Expertise: Acting as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert within the Business Unit, collaborating with the Go-to-Market team on product positioning, customer segmentation, and market insights.
Content Development & Sales Enablement: Supporting the development of impactful sales materials, product briefs, case studies, and campaign content to enable effective sales strategies.
External Communication Plan: Co-building communication strategies with the Marketing team, emphasizing unique selling points (USPs) and feeding website and social media content.
Product Guardian: Ensuring alignment with the group’s brand and approved sub-brands.
Customer Case Studies: Collaborating with Sales and Operations Excellence teams to create success stories for use in marketing campaigns and social media.
Product Expertise & Training: Delivering training to Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams, keeping them informed on product updates, industry trends, and marketing initiatives.
Product Campaigns: Launching and coordinating product awareness and lead generation campaigns, scaling successful initiatives across regions.
Product Launches: Planning and executing product launches for new Ocean freight services and enhancements.
Event Coordination: Organizing BU-related events with the support of the Group Event Team.
What you bring
Minimum of 3 years in Content Marketing, preferably within the logistics industry.
In-depth knowledge of Ocean freight and logistics industry dynamics.
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
Proficiency in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project management expertise to handle multiple priorities.
Strategic thinker, customer-focused, proactive, and a team player with the ability to work independently.
