What you can expect
- In deiner Rolle bist du zuständig für die Entgegennahme von Aufträgen und Anfragen unserer Auftraggeber per Telefon, Email oder Schnittstellen.
- Du prüfst die Verfügbarkeit der Geräte und erfasst die Aufträge im Transport Management System.
- Zudem übernimmst du die Abstimmung mit Vertriebsmitarbeitern unserer Auftraggeber und trägst zur Klärung von Kundenreklamationen bei.
- Du übernimmst die Auftragsnachverfolgung und kommunizierst Störungen (Fehlteile, Verspätungen, etc.) an den Auftraggeber.
- Des Weiteren unterstützt du bei der Rechnungs- und Dokumentenprüfung und -freigabe.
What you bring
- Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder bringst vergleichbare Erfahrung aus der Berufspraxis mit.
- Darüber hinaus besitzt du gute Kenntnisse in Office 365, insbesondere sicheren Umgang mit Word und Excel.
- Zusätzlich besitzt du eine IT-Affinität und kennst dich mit unterschiedlichen Plattformen aus.
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache runden dein Profil ab.
- Schlussendlich bist du kommunikativ, sowohl im Umgang mit den eigenen Teammitgliedern als auch mit dem Kunden.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
