What you can expect
Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- Du übernimmst Dienstfahrten zu unseren Kunden, bei denen auch Übernachtungen möglich sind, um Digitalisierungsmaterial abzuholen.
- Zu deinem weiteren Aufgabengebiet gehört die Sortierung und Vorbereitung von Dokumenten für den Kopier- / Scan- und Archiviervorgang.
- Routiniert und zügig digitalisierst du die einzelnen Unterlagen und kontrollierst den erfolgreichen Scanvorgang.
- Zusätzlich führst du stichprobenartige Qualitätskontrollen durch, um die Genauigkeit der Klassifizierungsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
- Schlussendlich korrigierst du fehlerhafte Dokumente, um die Qualität und Integrität der Daten zu sichern.
What you bring
Das bringst du mit
- Du hast Erfahrung als LKW-Fahrer und besitzt den entsprechenden Führerschein - ein Staplerschein wäre außerdem sehr vorteilhaft.
- Du erfahren in der Dokumentenklassifizierung und der Digitalisierung von Unterlagen.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, sowie die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift zeichnen dich aus.
- Dank deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe liest du Dokumente zügig und kannst dich leicht in einfache Arbeitsprozesse einarbeiten.
- Abschließend erklärst du dich bereit, bei längeren Fahrtstrecken auch gelegentlich vor Ort zu übernachten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
