Job Description
What you can expect
- Sourcing: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing techniques including but not limited to direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, professional networks, and passive candidate outreach to attract top talent.
- Candidate Engagement: Foster positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, professional organizations, and diversity-focused initiatives to expand talent pools.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize talent attraction efforts.
- Talent Pipelining: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates to ensure a continuous pool of qualified talent.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the recruitment process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates and fostering a culture of belonging within the organization.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with recruitment practices and policies.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Very high level of English language skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or talent attraction, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners globally.
- Open to working across time zones to help meet the demands of global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and social media platforms for talent sourcing and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and inform recruitment strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while delivering results within deadlines.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a passion for promoting a diverse workforce.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take on new challenges in the talent acquisition space.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
