What you can expect
An unseren Inhouse-Logistik-Standort in Magdeburg suchen wir Dich ab sofort als kaufmännische Allroundkraft. Zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen stellst Du das Tagesgeschäft sicher und sorgst dafür, die Qualität der administrativen Prozesse sowie der Kundenbetreuung kontinuierlich zu steigern.
- Als kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung hast Du immer das Tagesgeschäft inklusive der Kennzahlen und Produktivität im Blick und unterstützt Dein Team in den relevanten Prozessen.
- Dabei stehst Du u.a. regelmäßig im Austausch mit der Versandabteilung, verarbeitest deren Rückmeldungen und erstellst die zugehörigen Versanddokumente.
- Zudem kümmerst Du Dich um die systemische Steuerung der Verpackungsaufträge.
- Nicht zuletzt fungierst Du als Schnittstelle zum Kunden und stehst auch hier im regelmäßigen Austausch.
What you bring
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik oder im kaufmännischen Bereich sammeln können und bist mit Lagerverwaltungsprogrammen vertraut.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen Office-Programmen, wie Microsoft.
- Ebenso ist gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Zudem bist Du zuverlässig, arbeitest strukturiert und bist kommunikationsstark, sodass Du Dich im Dialog mit dem Kunden und Deinen Kollegen wohlfühlst.
