What you can expect
- Verantwortungsvoll übernimmst Du sämtliche personaladministrative Prozesse, wie z.B. Vertragsanpassungen, Erstellung personalbezogener Schriftsätze und die Administration unseres HR-Tools.
- In Deiner Rolle bist Du vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner der Niederlassungsleitung sowie der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Themen und Fragestellungen.
- Du treibst das Thema Personalentwicklung voran und organisierst Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen für Mitarbeitende.
- Im Rahmen des Bewerbermanagements stimmst Du die Bedarfe mit den Fachbereichen ab und begleitest den gesamten Recruitingprozess am Standort.
- Da die Rhenus Unna ihren Dienstsitz ab 2027 verlegen wird, kannst Du Dich jetzt schon auf einen modernen und attraktiven Neubau in Dortmund-Wambel freuen!
What you bring
- Deine Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Personal oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR.
- Darüber hinaus hast Du erste Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich und verfügst zudem über Kenntnisse im Arbeits- sowie im Betriebsverfassungsgesetz.
- Du bist motiviert, engagiert und bringst Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick mit.
- Abschließend punktest Du mit souveränem Auftreten sowie einer empathischen und vertrauenswürdigen Persönlichkeit und einem ausgeprägten Kommunikationsgeschick über alle Zielgruppen hinweg.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
