What you can expect
- Du pflegst und steuerst zentrale Managementdokumente, entwickelst unsere Prozesse weiter und gestaltest so die Grundlage für sichere, transparente und effiziente Abläufe.
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits – und begleitest neue Standorte bei der Integration in unsere Matrix-Zertifizierung.
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Implementierung unseres neuen QHSE-Tools mit, bist (Teil-)Key User im EM-Tool (RIB) und hilfst dabei, digitale Standards nutzbar zu machen.
- Mit Power BI wertest du Verbrauchsdaten und Energiekennzahlen aus, identifizierst Abweichungen, begleitest Zielvergleiche und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmenprogrammen.
- Du aktualisierst Schulungsmaterialien, entwickelst Inhalte weiter und bringst dich – wenn gewünscht – auch in die Durchführung eigener Schulungen ein.
- Du behältst Risiken im Blick, erstellst Vorlagen für Prozessaudits und tauschst dich mit internen wie externen interessierten Parteien aus.
What you bring
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder ein Bachelorstudium, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Qualitäts-, Energie- oder Umweltmanagement.
- Erste Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit Managementsystemen und Audits, z. B. nach ISO 9001.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative.
- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, lösungsorientierter Kommunikation und der Arbeit an Themen mit Sinn.

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
