- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das gesamte Portfolio Management unserer internationalen Immobilien.
- Du steuerst und koordinierst alle immobilienbezogenen Themen – von der Akquise bis zur Bewirtschaftung.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Business Units zusammen und entwickelst gemeinsam passgenaue Lösungen, die deren Bedürfnisse genau treffen.
- Du wirkst an der Immobilienstrategie der Rhenus Gruppe mit und gestaltest aktiv die zukünftige Ausrichtung mit.
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern wie Dienstleistern und Behörden.
- Du analysierst Immobilienkennzahlen und erstellst Reports, die als Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen dienen.
- Du gestaltest Optimierungsprojekte im Immobilienbereich mit und treibst deren Umsetzung voran.
- Dich erwartet ein spannendes, vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet in einem global agierenden Konzern.
- Du bekommst Raum für Eigeninitiative, kreative Ideen und deine persönliche Weiterentwicklung.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Feld.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Portfolio Management oder Immobilienmanagement mit – idealerweise im internationalen Kontext.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich.
- Du gehst routiniert mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise schon mit Immobilienmanagement-Tools gearbeitet.
- Du überzeugst mit Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und einer selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
