What you can expect
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des internationalen Controlling-Teams
- Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Controlling-Prozessen in unseren internationalen Gesellschaften
- Verantwortung für das monatliche Reporting, Forecasting und die Budgetplanung auf internationaler Ebene
- Erstellung und Analyse von Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen, Investitionsanalysen sowie Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für das Management
- Business Partner für die internationalen Standorte sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit CFO und Geschäftsleitung
- Mitwirkung an M&A-Projekten, Post-Merger-Integration und strategischen Sonderprojekten
- Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Controlling-Instrumente und Systeme (z. B. BI-Tools, SAP)
What you bring
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Controlling, idealerweise in einer Konzernstruktur
- Führungserfahrung und interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (FI/CO) und gängigen BI-Tools
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen, Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Kommunikationsstärke

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
