What you can expect

Vos principales missions sont de :

// Au niveau de l'AFFRETEMENT :

  •  Planifier et s’assurer que chaque affrètement avec rdv fixe est pris en charge.
  •  S’assurer des échanges d’information entre les affrétés et les entrepôts sur les volumes, les jours et heures de chargement.
  •  Entretenir un bon relationnel avec les clients.
  •  Enregistrer des données sur le logiciel transport.
  •  Calculer les métrages, volumes.
  •  Transmettre au service facturation les éléments nécessaires pour facturer toutes les prestations supplémentaires.
  •  Acheter et sélectionner en fonction de la liste établie des transporteurs : un transporteur répondant aux normes qualitatives de la prestation.
  •  S'assurer de l’envoi et du suivi des retours signés des protocoles de sécurité avant transmission d’une commande de fret.
  •  Suivre le CA et la marge journalière, et les transmets à son responsable. Il est responsable de sa marge brute.
  •  Suivre les procédures et impératifs propres au cahier des charges clients.
  •  Assurer une polyvalence ponctuelle afin d’apporter son aide au bon fonctionnement général du service.

// Au niveau du S.A.V. :

  • En cas de problèmes à la livraison, ou de réclamation client :
  •  Proposer une solution au client et la met en place.
  •  Organiser les enlèvements, les retours des marchandises et mises en place spéciales.

// Au niveau de la prise de R.D.V. :

  •  Planifier des R.D.V. de livraison.
  •  Contacter les clients destinataires pour les R.D.V. de livraison.
  •  Suivre des R.D.V. honorés ou reportés.

What you bring

Vous bénéficiez d'une formation Bac +2 minimum en Transports et disposez d'une première expérience sur une fonction similaire auprès d'un chargeur ou d'un prestataire.

Vous avez une parfaite connaissance des législations en vigueur au niveau du Transport Routier, International et des normes douanières.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'un fort esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, d'une réelle autonomie.

Le sens de la relation client est primordial pour tenir ce poste (écoute, accompagnement et création de la valeur pour le client).

La maîtrise du Pack Office est exigée tout comme la pratique de l'Anglais au niveau professionnel.
