What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das ganzheitliche Facility Management unseres Standorts – von der Betreuung technischer Anlagen bis zur Büroinfrastruktur.
- Du steuerst und koordinierst externe Dienstleister – von der Reinigung bis zur Wartung – und sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft.
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen Vorschriften rund um Arbeits- und Gebäudesicherheit eingehalten werden.
- Du behältst den Energieverbrauch, Wartungszyklen und alle Gebäudeprozesse im Blick – und optimierst sie kontinuierlich.
- Du bringst dich aktiv in spannende Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Standorts und zur Steigerung der Effizienz ein.
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Themen rund ums Gebäudemanagement – lösungsorientiert, kostenbewusst und mit Blick für exzellenten Service.
What you bring
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilienwirtschaft, Versorgungstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – alternativ bringst du eine einschlägige Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement.
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und in der Steuerung externer Partner.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung mit einem hohen Maß an Sorgfalt.
- Du gehst sicher mit gängiger FM-Software und den Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen um.
- Du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke und ein serviceorientiertes, professionelles Auftreten.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
