Ben jij de ervaren Accountmanager/ Relatiebeheerder en heb jij ervaring binnen contract logistiek? Aarzel dan niet en reageer op deze dynamische positie binnen onze groeiende Multi- cliënt site in Eindhoven.
De functie
Voor onze Multi-cliënt site in Eindhoven zijn we op zoek naar een Accountmanager die de contractueel overeengekomen logistieke diensten voor de bestaande en nieuwe klanten onderhoudt, bewaakt en uitbreid. De belangrijkste focus is het opbouwen van sterke lange termijn relaties om aan de klantverwachtingen te voldoen en ze te overtreffen.
De verantwoordelijkheden van de Accountmanager zijn onder andere:
Sterke relaties opbouwen en onderhouden en uitbreiden met de verschillende bestaande klanten;
Bestaande contracten beheren en de voorwaarden en prijsafspraken vertalen richting de operatie;
Zakelijke overeenkomsten met distributeurs en partners beoordelen en bewaken;
Reguliere besprekingen met klanten en relaties voorbereiden en voeren;
Wijzigingen en veranderingen in de afspraken met de bestaande klanten implementeren;
Afstemming met de interne organisatie om tot de beste oplossing voor de klant te komen;
Knelpunten en incidenten vertalen in suggesties voor procesoptimalisatie binnen de site;
Klachten opvolgen en vervolgens de juiste acties uitzetten;
In samenwerking met Site Manager en de afdeling Business Development bestaande contracten verlengen;
Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van het beleid van de site en dit vertalen in een account- en budgetplan.

Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland biedt een grote verscheidenheid aan logistieke diensten aan zoals warehousing, orderpicking maar ook value added services en managed services zoals customer services, import en export documentatie, sales support. Op deze manier is Rhenus Warehousing Solutions Nederland in staat om de klantenbehoeften volledig uit handen te nemen.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
