What you can expect
- Du betreibst und entwickelst unsere zentrale E-Mail-Umgebung weiter – Microsoft Exchange (On-Prem & Online), M365 und angrenzende Systeme.
- Dabei kümmerst Du Dich um die Konfiguration, Administration und das Monitoring der Systeme.
- Du arbeitest an spannenden Projekten mit – von der Migration bis zur Automatisierung mit PowerShell.
- Themen wie Security (z. B. SPF, DKIM, DMARC), M365 Compliance oder E-Mail-Gateways hast Du ebenfalls auf dem Schirm.
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Fachbereiche bei allen Fragen rund um E-Mail-Services.
What you bring
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation .
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft Exchange – sowohl On-Premise als auch Online – sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit hybriden Umgebungen zeichnen Dich aus.
- Ein gutes Verständnis für E-Mail-Protokolle wie SMTP, IMAP und POP3 sowie für moderne Sicherheitsmechanismen wie SPF, DKIM und DMARC bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, Verantwortung übernimmst Du dabei selbstverständlich.
- Teamfähigkeit, klare Kommunikation und die Motivation, Themen gemeinsam voranzutreiben, runden Dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
