What you can expect
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Motivation für die Abteilung im operativen Bereich.
- Zudem arbeitest Du tatkräftig im operativen Bereich mit.
- Selbstverständlich kümmerst Du dich um das Monitoring der relevanten Kennzahlen im laufenden Betrieb.
- Du bist für die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitenden und für die Sicherstellung eines hohen Arbeitsstandards zuständig.
- Du organisierst eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen.
- Ebenfalls bist Du für die Sicherstellung der Schicht zuständig.
- Du kümmerst dich um die Kontrolle und Planung von Schulungen sowie deren Wirksamkeit.
- Außerdem kümmerst Du dich um die Verbesserung und Optimierung von Prozessen.
What you bring
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im logistischen Bereich.
- Idealerweise hast Du erste Führungserfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln können.
- Aber auch eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager, idealerweise innerhalb der Kontraktlogistik wäre von Vorteil.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit WMS-Systemen gesammelt.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift aber auch weiter Fremdsprachen wären von Vorteil.
- Zudem hast Du bereits Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen.
- Dich zeichnet eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus.
- Eine schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit auf neue Gegebenheiten gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Stärken.
