Am Standort Hückelhoven führen wir komplexe logistische Dienstleistungen für zwei unserer europaweit tätigen Kunden aus dem Einzelhandel durch.  

Wir suchen Dich als Key User und zentralen Ansprechpartner für das Warehouse-Management-System BlueYonder. Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, operativen Teams und den Zentralbereichen, betreust Prozesse von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung und trägst mit Deinem Know-how zu effizienten Abläufen und Kosteneinsparungen bei. Ein abwechslungsreicher Job, in dem Du Dich als System-Experte langfristig einbringen und weiterentwickeln kannst. 

  • Systembetreuung: Du wirst unser Experte für das Warehouse-Management-System Blue Yonder, durch bereits gesammelte Erfahrung oder die Motivation dich in ein neues WMS einzuarbeiten. 
  • Projektbegleitung: Du begleitest Projekte von der Planung bis zum Go-live, führst Systemtests durch und setzt Optimierungen um. 
  • Change-Management: Du koordinierst Change Requests, begleitest deren Umsetzung und sorgst für eine effiziente Prozessgestaltung. 
  • Release Management: Du planst Releases, testest Neuerungen und stellst sicher, dass alle Anforderungen abgedeckt sind. 
  • Schulung & Austausch: Du schulst Mitarbeitende, pflegst Dokumentationen und tauschst Dich aktiv in der Key User Community aus. 

What you bring

  • Fachlicher Hintergrund: Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in BWL, Logistik oder IT und bringst gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, WMS (z.B. Awion, BlueYonder), RIS, SQL und Jira mit. 
  • Erfahrungen & Skills: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, IT-Support oder Change-Management gesammelt und kennst logistische Abläufe. 
  • Kommunikations- & Schulungstalent: Du kannst komplexe Inhalte verständlich vermitteln, überzeugend kommunizieren und andere befähigen. Du punktest mit guten Deutsch- / und Englischkenntnissen (B2/C1).  
  • Persönliche Kompetenzen: Du bist entscheidungsfreudig, innovationsstark, reflektiert und findest auch unter Druck praktikable Lösungen. 
  • Struktur & Lernbereitschaft: Du arbeitest organisiert, priorisierst Aufgaben sinnvoll und entwickelst Dich stetig weiter – auch durch aktiven Austausch in der Key User Community.
