Job Description

What you can expect

  • Headhunts new clients and leads presenting the air and ocean freight distribution services according to the Sales Plan assigned
  • Achieves sales targets of a specific geographic area
  • Schedules visits to existing and new customers to establish and reinforce the relationship and receives feedback on the service provided
  • Collaborates with Operation, Sales Indoor, Billing offices to improve the commercial offer of the company
  • Manages and communicates with clients and Prepares offers for them
  • Works with internal CRM and shares all the information to monitor the commercial activities through the company systems

What you bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales professional in the Air & Ocean Freight logistics sector
  • Solid knowledge of the Air & Ocean Freight market, products, operational processes, industry terminology, and market analysis methodologies
  • Fluency in Italian and professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners at various organizational levels
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and focus on results
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle
