Job Description
What you can expect
- Headhunts new clients and leads presenting the air and ocean freight distribution services according to the Sales Plan assigned
- Achieves sales targets of a specific geographic area
- Schedules visits to existing and new customers to establish and reinforce the relationship and receives feedback on the service provided
- Collaborates with Operation, Sales Indoor, Billing offices to improve the commercial offer of the company
- Manages and communicates with clients and Prepares offers for them
- Works with internal CRM and shares all the information to monitor the commercial activities through the company systems
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Outdoor Sales professional in the Air & Ocean Freight logistics sector
- Solid knowledge of the Air & Ocean Freight market, products, operational processes, industry terminology, and market analysis methodologies
- Fluency in Italian and professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners at various organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and focus on results
- Valid driving license and own vehicle

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
