What you can expect
An unserem Standort in Thuine konzentrieren wir uns auf die nachhaltige Rückgewinnung von Rohstoffen im IT-Hardwaresektor – komm auch Du an Bord und werde Teil unseres tollen Teams rund um das IT-Refurbishment. In Zukunft wollen wir gemeinsam mit Dir wachsen und viele Herausforderungen meistern. Nach einer fundierten Einarbeitung kümmerst Du ich um die stetige Analyse der Prozesse und bist für die aktive Mitgestaltung der operativen Abläufe und Lagerprozesse verantwortlich.
Du trägst dazu bei, die strategischen und operativen Ziele zu erreichen und die Aktivität, Kosteneffizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit des Standortes zu steigern.
Zusätzlich bist Du für die Überwachung der Kennzahlen verantwortlich, nimmst an den Monatsberichten teil und berichtest direkt an den Standortleiter.
Du erhältst umfassende Einblicke in sämtliche Unternehmensprozesse, analysierst vorhandene Prozesse und Strukturen und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale.
Zudem bist Du im Bereich Sales/ Customer Care tätig, übernimmst die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und arbeitest abteilungsübergreifend.
Dabei behältst Du auch die sich im Einsatz befindende Technik im Auge und initiierst bei Bedarf Verbesserungs- bzw. Erneuerungsprozesse.
Zu guter Letzt förderst Du einen reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf, eine vertrauensvolle Arbeitsatmosphäre und effiziente Kommunikation, auch im betrieblichen Umfeld.
What you bring
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft, Umweltmanagement, Logistik oder Ähnliches.
Idealerweise strebst Du langfristig eine Führungsposition an, in der Du Dein Team motivierst und mit Organisationsgeschick führst.
Außerdem hast Du ein grundsätzliches technisches Interesse bzw. eine Affinität zu unserem Produktportfolio (Notebooks, Smartphones, Tablets, PCs, etc.).
Zudem bist Du zielorientiert, flexibel und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen und Vertrieb.
Durch Deine analytische Denk- und Arbeitsweise fällt es Dir leicht, Prozesse nachzuvollziehen, aufzubereiten und die Ergebnisse im Detail zu bewerten.
Neben Deiner sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnest Du Dich durch Deine gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
