What you can expect
Du übernimmst ein bestehendes Verkaufsgebiet mit Kunden, identifizierst neue Marktpotenziale und erkennst Chancen, wo andere nur Sendungen sehen.
Eigenverantwortlich kümmerst du dich um die Gewinnung neuer Kunden, pflegst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen und baust diese weiter aus.
Dabei entwickelst du individuelle Logistiklösungen ganz nahe am Kunden und verhandelst bzw. überzeugst Entscheidungsträger auf Augenhöhe.
Du erstellst Offerten, unterstützt das Tender Team bei grösseren Ausschreibungen und begleitest Sales Leads bis zum Abschluss.
Die Analyse der Umsatz- respektive Leistungskennzahlen und Erkennen von Fluktuationen sowie Trends runden deinen Verantwortungsbereich ab.
An der Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Prozessen wirkst du aktiv mit.
Du organisierst Marketingmassnahmen, nimmst an Messen sowie Kundenveranstaltungen als Markenbotschafter für Rhenus teil und reist bei Bedarf zu Kunden im Ausland.
Abschliessend bereitest du alle notwendigen Dokumente für die Kundenimplementierung und operative Übergabe vor (SLA’s, SOP’s).
What you bring
Du verfügst über eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Spedition / Logistik und einige Jahre Berufserfahrung als Sales Manager im Bereich Luft- und Seefracht.
Branchen- und Marktkenntnisse im Logistik- und Speditionsbereich sowie ein Netzwerk im Transportbereich runden Dein Profil ab.
Du zeichnest dich durch Erfolgs- und Zielorientierung aus und hast den Mut, etwas zu bewegen.
Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, kontaktfreudig und flexibel in deiner Arbeitsweise.
Dabei arbeitest du engagiert, zuverlässig, vertrauensvoll sowie selbstständig, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du sicher in Wort und Schrift, auf Französisch kannst du dich gut verständigen, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
Deine Affinität für verschiedene Tools und MS Office, insbesondere deine guten Excel-Kenntnisse, runden dein Profil ab.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
