What you can expect
- Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Standorte in allen Fragen des Arbeitsschutzes und der Unfallverhütung gemäß § 6 ASiG.
- Vor Ort an unseren Standorten führen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Arbeitsplatzanalysen durch, vorzugsweise aktuell an unseren Standorten im süddeutschen Raum.
- Zudem unterweisen und schulen Sie unsere Mitarbeitenden zu Themen rund um Arbeitssicherheit.
- Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Sicherheitskonzepten, Betriebsanweisungen und Kampagnen zur Unfallprävention mit und unterstützen aktiv die Durchführung.
- Durch regelmäßige Sicherheitsbegehungen und die Begleitung von Audits an wechselnden Einsatzorten unterstützen bei der Umsetzung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Vorgaben.
- Eine enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsärzten, Führungskräften und Behörden rundet die spannende Aufgabe bei uns ab
What you bring
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (gemäß DGUV Vorschrift 2).
- Zudem verfügen Sie idealerweise - allerdings nicht zwingend - über Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Brandschutz.
- Wünschenswert ist mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeitssicherheitsbetreuung.
- Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie eine hohe Beratungskompetenz.
- Reisebereitschaft und Mobilität sind für Sie selbstverständlich – ein PKW-Führerschein ist vorhanden.
- Sie sind routiniert und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools, denn diese Tools unterstützen Ihre strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
