What you can expect
- In Ihrer Rolle übernehmen Sie den Aufbau und die Organisation im Bereich Materialwirtschaft.
- Dabei führen, motivieren und koordinieren Sie ein Team von Mitarbeitenden in der Lagerlogistik.
- Sie sind aktiv ins Tagesgeschäft eingebunden und übernehmen situativ auch selbst Tätigkeiten wie das Fahren von Gabelstaplern.
- In Ihrer Verantwortung für das wirtschaftliche und operative Ergebnis der Betriebsstelle und wirken an derer strategischen Weiterentwicklung mit.
- Dabei stellen Sie einen störungsfreien und wirtschaftlichen operativen Betrieb sicher und nehmen dabei alle standortbezogenen Prozesse kontinuierlich unter die Lupe.
- Ebenso stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Abläufe vor Ort effizient, sicher und reibungslos funktionieren.
- Nicht zuletzt arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und berichten direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
What you bring
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Transport, Logistik oder BWL) oder eine Bereichs-relevante kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzausbildung.
- Ergänzend haben Sie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik oder Materialwirtschaft, idealerweise in leitender Funktion.
- Sie legen großen Wert auf die Motivation und Bindung Ihrer Mitarbeiter, mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der Mitarbeiterentwicklung.
- Ebenso besitzen Sie einen gültigen Staplerschein und die Bereitschaft, selbst mit anzupacken.
- Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, zeigen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bringen zudem die Bereitschaft mit, ausschließlich vor Ort zu arbeiten.
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie eine dynamische und offene Persönlichkeit, die Ihr Team für die Chancen der Zukunft zu begeistern weiß.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
