What you can expect
Werde Teil des Teams an unserem Logistikstandort in Velten. Hier warten jeden Tag spannende logistische Herausforderungen auf uns, die wir gemeinsam mit Dir meistern wollen. Als kaufmännischer Teamleiter (w/m/d) sorgst Du für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft. Dafür brauchen wir Deinen Tatendrang und Dein Können im Umgang mit Waren und Zahlen.
Als kaufmännische Teamleitung hast Du immer das Tagesgeschäft inklusive der Kennzahlen und Produktivität im Blick und unterstützt Dein Team in den relevanten Prozessen.
Dazu bist Du stets der erste Ansprechpartner für Deine Mitarbeiter sowie für Deine Bereichsleitung und Kollegen aus dem administrativen Bereich
Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für die Einsatzsteuerung der Mitarbeiter innerhalb Deines Teams.
Weiterhinstehst Du im engen Kontakt mit dem Kunden und tauschst Dich in täglichen Terminenaus.
Nicht zuletzt kümmerst Du Dich um die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen sowie Reklamationen und achtest dabei jederzeit auf Gefahrgut-/Gefahrstoffvorschriften.
What you bring
Idealerweise hast Du bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gefahrstoffbereich sowie in der Lagerlogistik sammeln können und bist mit Lagerverwaltungsprogrammen vertraut.
Erste Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams sind ebenfalls wünschenswert.
Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen Office-Programmen, wie Microsoft.
Zudem bist Du zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark, belastbar und zeichnest Dich durch Dein selbstsicheres und freundliches Auftreten aus.
