Job Description
What you can expect
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
- Support budgeting and planning processes across departments
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecasts
- Collaborate with teams across the business to gather financial data and provide insights
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to management dashboards
- Assist in cost control and profitability analysis of business units or products
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Help improve financial models, tools, and reporting systems
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Ad-hoc Projects
What you bring
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance, controlling, or analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Recruitment Process

Application screening
