Job Description
What you can expect
- Du koordinierst und disponierst Export-Sendungen, planst ULD-Bauten und sorgst für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheits- und Zollvorgaben.
- Die Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung aller Exportdokumente sowie die vorschriftsgemäße Abwicklung von Luftfrachtsammelgut gehören zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Airlines, Handling-Agenten, Behörden und internen Schnittstellen stellst Du einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher.
- Du behältst Buchungen, Flugpläne, Cut-Off-Zeiten und Sendungsstatus jederzeit im Blick und überwachst die interne Leistungsverrechnung.
- Der direkte Kundenkontakt sowie Deine Mitwirkung an Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätssicherung runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
What you bring
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringst Du Berufserfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht Export mit – besonders vorteilhaft ist dabei ein internationaler Fokus.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook.
- Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Transportdokumenten sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – auch für gelegentliche Samstagsarbeit mit Ausgleich – zeichnen Dich aus.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer überzeugst Du durch Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung und Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit.

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
