Werde Teil unseres Teams im Kundenservice und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft eines starken Service-Erlebnisses! Mit deinem Einsatz trägst du dazu bei, unseren hohen Qualitätsstandard weiter auszubauen und unsere Kund:innen nachhaltig zu begeistern.
- In Deiner Tätigkeit bist Du für die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail unserer Kunden aus ganz Süddeutschland zuständig.
- Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Auftragsabwicklung bist du ein verlässlicher Partner und sorgst mit deinem Engagement dafür, dass Wünsche Wirklichkeit werden.
- Außerdem verantwortest Du die Pflege der Stammdaten in unserem ERP-System und stellst damit eine reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Dienstleistung sicher.
- Kommt es doch einmal zu Problemen, bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf und kümmerst dich professionell um Reklamationen – auch auf Französisch oder Englisch.

Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Für Dich stehen unsere Kunden und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln im Fokus Deiner täglichen Arbeit.
Zu Deinen persönlichen Stärken zählt, dass Du Dein Arbeitsumfeld eigenständig und punktgenau organisieren kannst.
Als kommunikativer und kundenorientierter Teamplayer punktest Du mit einer selbstständigen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise.
Ein sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen, sowie gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch runden Dein Profil ab.

Recruitment Process

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
