What you can expect
- Zu Deinem Tagesgeschäft gehören der Einkauf und die Disposition von Fahrzeugen, Planung von Mengenströmen (von der Sammelgutsendung bis hin zur Komplettladung).
- Neben der Disposition kümmerst Du dich auch um die Überwachung von Laufzeiten und Schnittstellen.
- Mit einem geschulten Blick für Details wickelst Du eingehende Aufträge ab, von der Erfassung über die Kontrolle der Abholung und Zustellung bis hin zur Abrechnung.
- Du bist der kompetente Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Partner und Unternehmer, mit denen Du eng und vertrauensvoll zusammenarbeitest
- Nicht zuletzt auf Deiner Agenda: Angebotserstellung, Zeitfensterbuchungen, Kundenservice, Statuspflege, Frachten- und Ladungseinkauf, Verkauf über Frachtenbörsen.
What you bring
- Deine Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zum Kaufmann / zur Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung. Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Erfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen.
- Zudem bringst Du Erfahrung in der Lkw-Disposition und bereits bestehende Unternehmerkontakte mit.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sowie Speditionsprogrammen bist Du versiert und Du verfügst über gute geographische Kenntnisse.
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrscht Du sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Als zuverlässiger und durchsetzungsstarker Teamplayer zeichnest Du dich durch Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschick aus.

Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
