What you can expect
Die Rhenus Archiv Services GmbH ist Spezialist im Bereich der Datenarchivierung. Werde Teil des Teams und unterstütze uns in der Datenerfassung und Archivierung.
Als motivierter Datenerfasser (w/m/d) in unserem Team übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Datenpflege.
Zuverlässig und routiniert entnimmst du die Akten aus den Kartons und erfasst sie mit dem Handscanner.
Mit einer zügigen Arbeitsweise pflegst du die daraus resultierenden Daten (z.B. aus Personalakten) in unser System ein.
Abschließend packst du die Akten wieder in die Kartons und erledigst nach Bedarf anfallende anderweitige Tätigkeiten im Lager.
What you bring
Du bringst Berufserfahrung als Mitarbeiter in der Datenerfassung oder Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Tätigkeit mit.
Außerdem verfügst du über gute PC-Kenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Gute Umgangsformen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe setzen wir voraus.
Als kommunikativer und freundlicher Teamplayer behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und hast keine Probleme schwere Paletten und Kartons (ca. 30 Kilo) zu bewegen.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
