- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.
- Bei der Organisation sowie der inhaltlichen Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings kann sich die Geschäftsführung auf Dich verlassen.
- Du bringst Dich in fachlichen Netzwerken ein, um die Belange der Geschäftsführung voran zu treiben.
- Zudem bereitest Du die Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung vor.
- Außerdem kommunizierst du im Namen der Geschäftsführung präzise und erfolgreich.
What you bring
- Wir können auf Deine absolute Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Loyalität sowie Dein freundliches, sympathisches und verbindliches Auftreten zählen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
- Gekonnt und zielsicher setzt Du verschiedene MS-Office Anwendungen wie Word, PowerPoint oder Excel ein.
- Dein Arbeitsstil ist klar strukturiert, Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise.
- Zudem sind Vorkenntnisse in Arbeits- und Gesellschaftsrecht von Vorteil.

Recruitment Process

Application screening
Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
