What you can expect
- Du führst Bonitätsanalysen für Neu-, Bestands- und Zielkunden durch und leistest so einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Risikobewertung.
- Mit einem Blick fürs Detail vervollständigst du systemgestützte Kundenakten, holst Wirtschaftsauskünfte ein und analysierst Jahresabschlüsse sowie Abweichungen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Versicherungsmakler und Warenkreditversicherer sicherst du die Stabilität unseres Kundenportfolios.
- Als Teil unseres Teams bringst du dich aktiv in Projekte zur Prozessoptimierung ein – insbesondere bei der Einführung des CM-Tools Serrala.
- Durch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer CM-App im BI-Tool Power BI verbesserst du das Reporting und schaffst Transparenz im Kundenrisikoportfolio.
What you bring
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung gesammelt.
- Idealerweise bringst du Zusatzqualifikationen im Credit Management (z. B. CCM, CCC) oder fundierte Kenntnisse im Forderungsmanagement mit.
- Der Umgang mit Tools wie CAM (Credit Application Manager) oder Serrala ist dir vertraut – ebenso wie SAP S/4HANA (FI) und MS Office.
- Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst lösungsorientiert und hast Spaß daran, Prozesse aktiv zu hinterfragen und weiterzuentwickeln.

Recruitment Process

Our HR team and the responsible department will take a close look at your application as soon as possible. We will do our best to give you feedback within two weeks. With your agreement, we would also be happy to forward the documents to other business units if the selected position does not work out.
Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
