Du bist eine durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit einem Blick fürs Detail? Dann übernimm die Verantwortung für ein engagiertes Team im Wareneingang an unserem Standort in Hörselgau und sorge in einem modernen, Autostore-gestützten Umfeld für reibungslose Abläufe, effiziente Prozesse und höchste Qualität – mit klarem Fokus auf Sicherheit, Ordnung und Zielerreichung.
- Du führst eine gewerbliche Mitarbeitergruppe von rund 25 Personen fachgerecht und sorgst für klare Abläufe sowie eine gute Teamkommunikation.
- Du achtest auf die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorgaben, gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsumfeld.
- Du setzt operative Vorgaben um, steuerst das Tagesgeschäft mithilfe von Kennzahlen und passt Personal- und Ressourceneinsatz bei Bedarf an.
- Du motivierst Dein Team zur Zielerreichung, kontrollierst die Arbeitsqualität und schulst Mitarbeitende bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft.
- Du überwachst die Prozesse in Deinem Bereich regelmäßig, führst Sichtkontrollen durch und leitest bei Abweichungen sofortige Maßnahmen ein.
What you bring
- Du verfügst idealerweise über eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Führung gewerblicher Mitarbeitender mit.
- Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich gesammelt und kennst die Abläufe und Herausforderungen dieses Umfelds.
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kennzahlen und kannst diese gezielt mit operativen Prozessen verknüpfen, um Effizienz und Zielerreichung zu fördern.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch eine hohe Leistungsmotivation aus und hast Freude daran, Ziele zu definieren, zu verfolgen und erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, verfügst über sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und überzeugst durch ein integratives sowie kooperatives Verhalten; außerdem bringst Du die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit mit.

Recruitment Process

Selection Process
Depending on the position, there are various ways of finding out if we are a good match for each other. In most cases, we rely on a personal interview, on a eye level of course. Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
