What you can expect
- Unterstützung der Disponenten bei der täglichen Einsatzplanung und Auftragsabwicklung
- Erfassung, Pflege und Kontrolle von Auftragsdaten im System
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Transportdokumenten
- Kommunikation mit Fahrern, Kunden und Dienstleistern in Abstimmung mit dem Disponenten
- Terminüberwachung und Einhaltung von Lieferfristen
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten wie Ablage, Dokumentation und Datenerfassung
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Sonderfällen
What you bring
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Der Umgang mit MS Office ist Ihnen vertraut.
- Sie bringen gute geografische Kenntnisse mit, insbesondere im nationalen Raum.
- Organisationsgeschick, Sorgfalt und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und kommunizieren klar und lösungsorientiert.
- Quereinsteiger mit logistischer Erfahrung und hoher Einsatzbereitschaft sind ebenfalls willkommen.

Recruitment Process

Online tests, assessment centres or work on a trial basis may also be possible. In the end, the best decision is taken for both sides.
