What you can expect
An unserem Standort in Hückelhoven führen wir komplexe logistische Dienstleistungen für unseren europaweit tätigen Kunden aus dem Einzelhandel im Bereich E-Commerce durch. Wir suchen dich – einen proaktiven und detailorientierten Outbound-Planer (w/m/d), der unser Logistikteam verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sorgst Du täglich dafür, dass unsere Waren reibungslos das Lager verlassen – und bist dabei eine zentrale Schnittstelle in unserem gesamten Logistikprozess.
Planung: Du organisierst täglich Outbound-Ladungen und -Wellen mit dem Warehouse-Management-System BlueYonder.
Analyse: Du bewertest das aktuelle Auftragsvolumen und leitest die LKW-Anforderungen an die Dispo weiter.
Priorisierung: Du kümmerst dich um dringende oder priorisierte Sendungen und hältst engen Kundenkontakt.
Lösungsstärke: Du klärst eigenständig Abweichungen oder Probleme in der Lade- und Wellenplanung.
Voraussicht: Du überwachst und optimierst den Warenfluss vom Lager zum Kunden und erkennst frühzeitig mögliche Störungen und passt die Planung entsprechend an.
Zusammenarbeit: Zur Verbesserung der Lagerprozesse und Arbeitsabläufe arbeitest Du mit den funktionsübergreifenden Teams eng zusammen.
What you bring
Erfahrung:Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung in der Logistik oder im Fulfillment mit.
Systemkompetenz: Du kennst dich mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen aus – idealerweise mit BlueYonder.
Analysefähigkeit: Du arbeitest problemlösungsorientiert und bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel; Kenntnisse in Power BI sind ein Plus.
Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch unter Zeitdruck den Überblick und arbeitest strukturiert, präzise und kommunikativ.
Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
Einsatzbereitschaft: Du bist bereit, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten und bringst dafür Flexibilität mit.
